When ordering custom flooring, you need to know:
All lengths are random and will vary depending on the wood species, typically from 6 feet to 12 feet.
When ordering custom flooring, please add 10% to the square footage. Custom flooring orders should always allow this extra footage for waste, since shortages cannot be easily filled without additional time and set-up charges.
Custom milled unfinished hardwood flooring sizes are available in widths up to 11.5” (can be species dependent). Custom flooring thicknesses can also be made to order.
Ordering Specified Lengths – Specified length flooring is available but based on availability. Please ask and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Minimum Orders – There is no set minimum. Since every flooring order goes through the same exacting set-up, very small jobs can be expensive. Ask and we’ll be sure to provide a quote.
Lead Times – 10 business days is our standard lead time. Ask if you need your order quicker than that. Rush orders can usually be accommodated.
Finishing – We specialize in high quality custom manufacturing of hardwood lumber products so we do not offer finishing of our custom manufactured hardwood flooring.
